You must contact us before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping insurance is REQUIRED for any refund or replacement due to shipping issues.

If insurance is NOT purchased at checkout, we will NOT offer a refund or replacement for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Domestic: Eligible for refund or replacement if there is no tracking movement for 30 days.
International: eligible after 45 days of no tracking movement.
