📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed the same day or next business day.
• During peak periods (e.g., Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take 1–2 days.
• Overnight and Express orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST to ship the same day.
  

Customs & Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Return Conditions

• Returns will not be accepted on opened, used, partial quantities or cut chains.
• You must contact us before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

📭 Postal Delays & Lost Packages

Shipping insurance is REQUIRED for any refund or replacement due to shipping issues.

If insurance is NOT purchased at checkout, we will NOT offer a refund or replacement for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

For orders with insurance:

• Domestic: Eligible for refund or replacement if there is no tracking movement for 30 days.
• International: eligible after 45 days of no tracking movement.

We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. For any delivery issues, contact your local post office.

• Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
• Provide clear photos of all items received, including the original packaging.
