PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed the same day or next day. During busy periods, such as Mother's Day, Black Friday, and Christmas, processing may take 1-2 days. Overnight and Express orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST to be shipped the same day.

POSTAL DELAY/LOST ITEM
For items delayed by the postal service and ultimately lost, a refund or replacement will be provided after 4 weeks of no movement for domestic packages and 8 weeks for international packages. We are not responsible for any items once marked as "delivered" according to tracking. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location and contact your local post office if needed.
RETURNS
Returns not accepted on partial quantities or cut chains.
You must contact us prior to shipping any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
